The Law Society has made a significant commitment to developing an organizational culture where people are able to work in a professional, collegial environment, in which all individuals and the public are treated with respect and dignity. 

Equity and Diversity

The Law Society encourages a work environment that promotes equity and diversity, and prohibits any form of discrimination or harassment.  The Law Society provides ongoing training and programs for our employees to raise awareness including Harassment and Discrimination Prevention, Unconscious Bias Awareness training, and access to an ethics hotline.

We are committed to making sure that our hiring, training, compensation, and other employee activities are fair and equitable.
