Biographical Sketch
Christopher Robinson (1828-1905) was a prominent Toronto lawyer who served as Chancellor of Trinity College. Robinson was the third son of Sir John Beverley Robinson.
 
Scope and Content
Collection consists of three publications: Canada Law Journal, The Green Bag, and Trinity University Review, which includes a copy of Trinity College's resolution expressing sympathy to Robinson's son and widow. Also included is a copy of an article from The Law Quarterly Review. The publications and the article contain tributes to Christopher Robinson after his death. The collection also includes a leather-bound letter of sympathy to Mrs. Christopher Robinson from the Nobodies Club, and a copy of the tribute from Lord Alverstone that appeared in the Canada Law Journal. There is also a black and white photographic portrait.
