Biographical Sketch
The Streets were a prominent Ontario family with ties to the Anglican Church, the military and the law. William Purvis Rochford Street (1841-1906) practiced law in London and was a judge in Toronto. His son, Edmund Street (1876-1916), served in the military and died of injuries during the First World War.
 
Scope and Content
Fonds consists of records relating to the Street family, predominately William Purvis Rochfort Street and his son, Edmund Street. The fonds includes certificates relating to the judicial career of William Purvis Rochfort Street, certificates relating to the military career of Edmund Street and a passport issued to Eleanor Street. The fonds also includes a printed booklet and two family trees documenting the genealogy of the Street family.
