To be fully registered for a licensing examination, the following conditions must be met:
- If a candidate must re-schedule, re-write or defer an examination sitting, they are required to submit a
Registration or Deferment-Online Examination form to Licensing and Accreditation in advance of the applicable registration deadline so that they can be invoiced and pay by the registration deadline for their sitting.
- Candidates must be fully enrolled in the Licensing Process well in advance of the examination registration deadline in order to be invoiced for the examination and study materials.
- Candidates must pay examination and study material fees no later than the examination registration deadline applicable to the examination date.
- Candidates must submit a
Statement of Field Placement Form to the Licensing Process office no later than the examination registration deadline.
- Candidates must have their academic institution submit an official final transcript to the Licensing Process office no later than the examination registration deadline.
