Introducing the new Well-being Resource Centre

February 24, 2022

The Law Society has launched a new Well-being Resource Centre, designed to shine a light on mental health and wellbeing in the legal professions.

According to research conducted by the Université de Sherbrooke, legal professionals are almost twice as likely to experience mental health issues like anxiety, stress, depression and addiction as the general population. The Well-being Resource Centre is an important part of ensuring that legal professionals know they aren’t alone and that help and resources are available.
