Establishing the goal you want to achieve

  • What do you want to focus on in our coaching today?
  • What is important about this?
  • What do you want to take away from our session today?
  • How will you know you got what you wanted from today's session?

R - REALITY 

Exploring your current reality and obstacles for moving forward

  • What have you tried?
  • What worked?
  • How do you know?
  • What did you rely on to get to this point?
  • What strength did you leverage?
  • What is impacting your ability to move forward? 
  • Where are you getting stuck?
  • What belief do you hold about this situation?
  • How do you know it to be true?
  • What impact does this have on your ability to move forward?
  • How might you look at this differently?

O - OPTIONS

Generating options and strategies

  • What is possible now?
  • What are your options?
  • What would happen if you did that?
  • Which option will you choose?

- WAY FORWARD 

Planning your way forward by committing to specific actions that lead to achievement of the goal

  • What are you committing to?
  • What actions will you complete? When? 
  • What could get in the way?
  • How will you address obstacles?
  • What supports will you need?
  • How will you hold yourself accountable?
  • How will you measure success?
