File Your Annual Report Filing

Notice about the 2019 Annual Report Filing
The 2019 Annual Report Filing should be filed through the Law Society Portal. This is accessible even as businesses implement work from home plans. The due date remains March 31, 2020, however licensees may file during the 60-day default period (ending May 30) without penalty.

The Law Society recognizes that some licensees may have difficulty getting the information they need to complete their Annual Report Filing due to the current situation. If any changes are made to the 2019 Annual Report Filing requirement, the Law Society will release a communication to the profession with details of the change. As this message may not be updated after March 20, 2020, for the latest updates and additional information about the Law Society’s response to COVID-19 visit its Corporate Statement about COVID-19.
